My day ends at 3:30pm and I get lunch. The phone system has changed, so I have to learn that. I just figured out how to get my messages. I still don't know how to transfer a call. Well, it might be with the soft keys...
I can hear the stroke in my voice, but I hear *me* too. I have intonation back, but my speed isn't quite back up to par. If I go too fast, then my tongue trips me up. It can't get into position fast enough. I have slow tongue! Time will take care of that.
I don't have *my* handwriting back, but it's legible. Heck, it's probably better than Cliff's. I had such nice handwriting. I'm sure it will return eventually. But in the meantime, it's serviceable.
I actually feel pretty good. People are treating me as the "stroke victim". Yeah, I know I am. But it's a little weird now that I'm around more people. I figure we'll all get over it pretty quick. I'm taking vacation next week and we'll all be back to normal next year.
