Binah Update

I'm finally feeling less than overwhelmed at work. The big conference has come and gone. I have to start thinking about the next one soon, but not today.

I have a dental appointment today at 3:30pm. A root canal. Aren't I a lucky girl? No? Yeah, that's what I thought, too. Still, I do not fear the dentist--after all, she hooked me up with my husband. Yet working in a huge medical center at a medical college, you'd think that dentist-fear would be pooh-poohed. Oh no, the mighty drill is a fearsome thing no matter where you go. I can think of a few scaredy-cat fellow employees. [Thinks of co-worker in the next office, in particular.]

When I'm done at the dentist, I go home. I might beat Cliff there tonight, if all goes well. Then we'll watch Angel, courtesy of the ever-so-wonderful DVR and TNT. I'm finally catching the second to last season. I missed it while I was dating Cliff and he did not yet understand the experience of Buffy or Angel.

He caught on when I finally made him watch Buffy and the last season of Angel. Now HE'S the one saying, "Hey, let's watch Angel!" He's trainable, folks. And that's a good thing.

Anyway, I haven't seen these eps of Angel. Right now we have Baby Connor and newly demonized Cordy. I'm somewhat unspoiled, but considering I've seen the next season, I know certain things will have to happen.

I will have to do a post on Carnivale soon. Oh yes, I see that coming.
