USPS, don't fail me now

I ordered a couple of DVD's from Amazon last week and got free shipping. I specified delivery to my place of work. Per the track shipping option, it was supposedly delivered at 3:56AM yesterday. The USPS website confirms the odd 3:56AM time, though why a mailman would deliver in the middle of the night is beyond me. Even supposing that it's a typo, the fact remains that I do not have my package. And the guys in the dock tell me it's not there.

Woe! I really hope USPS hasn't lost my package. Are they liable for the cost? Not that my couple of DVD's were expensive, but it is the principle of the matter. Actually, I'd rather they re-ordered my movies and made sure they got to me.

Oh, and I hate hiccups. Laws yes.
